Culture Diagnostic 2.0 is a platform for organizational culture assessment, providing survey tools, analytics dashboards, AI-powered coaching insights, and reporting capabilities to help organizations measure and improve workplace culture.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform, including survey responses and organizational data. We are granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We treat all survey responses and organizational data as confidential. Individual survey responses are anonymized by default. Aggregate analytics and reports are only accessible to authorized members of your organization.
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Informed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
